Adding PHP to HTML help
« on: April 21, 2009, 03:00:13 AM »
Hi All,

I am trying to update my website myself having had to let my programmers go, I downloaded a free template which is in HTML, the last site was written in PHP so I have copied the contact page form out of the old one and dropped it into the new one, the thing is In the field boxes I am getting text saying session$ and things like that, this is probably very simple and I am looking in the wrong place for an answer, so can anyone help me out ?

yes all you need to do is rename the file so it has a .php extension rather then .html.
