Files uploading from my browser

Hi, I am new to PHP. I have a website. I want to upload some files in to my web space using that website. I am trying to do this with php. But I am not getting it. I have the access even to ftp also.
I want a page like

www.example.com/index.php
 
which let me choose to browse the files i want to upload.
I have created a folder with name uploads in my web space.
I want to upload multiple files of any type and with any sixe or max size of 200MB

Please help me how to do it. I tried searching in google but as I dont have knowledge  in PHP i failed in doing the experiment.

Please help me.

Thank you very much for giving the reply. As per your suggestion I tried for scripts from google.
There are lots of scripts as you said. But it seems to me a bit difficult to understand and implement.
So Please send me the script.
